摘 要:为了探明利用中微量元素肥、微生物菌剂、化学药剂和生物制剂等不同组成在已发生连作障碍的十字花科蔬菜种植地块施用后,对土壤生态修复以及缓解连作障碍相关危害发生情况的影响,本研究共设计11个处理,分别比较土壤理化性质和酶活性、土壤微生物、植株养分含量、植株根肿病发病率和产量等差异,基本明确合理配置化学药剂、土壤改良剂和微生物菌剂,可对蔬菜连作障碍产生较好的修复效果。To find out the impact of different components such as medium and trace element fertilizers,microbial inoculants,chemical agents and biological agents on soil ecological restoration and mitigation of hazards related to continuous cropping obstacles after they were applied in the Cruciferous vegetable planting plot where continuous cropping obstacles have occurred.11 treatments were designed in this study,and the differences in soil physical and chemical properties and enzyme activities,soil microorganisms,plant nutrient content,incidence rate of plant clubroot disease and yield were compared respectively.It was basically clear that reasonable allocation of chemical agents,soil amendments and microbial agents could produce good remediation effected on vegetable continuous cropping obstacles.
