摘　　要：为了更好地解决基层气象业务人员制作服务产品效率低、查询繁琐等问题,本文设计并实现了一个基层气象用户服务管理系统。该系统整体设计采用C/S架构,运用Visual Basic语言与SQL SERVER 2014数据库,基于基层气象局域网实现访问操作。实际应用的结果表明,该系统在日常气象服务中可以提高基层业务人员制作服务产品效率,有利于提升基层气象服务水平。To better solve the problems of low efficiency and cumbersome queries in the production of service products by grassroots meteorological personnel,this article designs and implements a grassroots meteorological user service management system.The overall design of the system adopts a C/S architecture,using Visual Basic language and SQL SERVER 2014 database,and implementing access operations based on grassroots meteorological local area networks.The practical application results show that the system can improve the efficiency of grassroots business personnel in producing service products in daily meteorological services,which is conducive to improving the level of grassroots meteorological services.
