摘 要:以旱金莲为供试植物,研究其在盐和干旱胁迫下,幼苗的生理指标和光合指标变化情况。结果显示:随着NaCl胁迫程度的加深,过氧化物酶活性呈现先增大后减小的趋势,丙二醛含量先减后增,相对伤害率持续增加,且都在浓度1.2%具有显著变化幅度;可溶性蛋白含量在4.93~3.37 mg/g之间,呈下降趋势;当NaCl浓度按0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%、2.0%递增时,叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均持续下降,胞间二氧化碳浓度在131.67~1227.67μmol/mol之间,呈上升趋势。随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,过氧化物酶活性降低,而丙二醛含量和相对伤害率则上升;可溶性蛋白含量在5.09~3.99 mg/g之间,呈下降的趋势;当干旱程度由轻度、中度、重度递增,叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均持续下降,胞间二氧化碳浓度在487.33~761.00μmol/mol之间,呈增大的趋势。结论:旱金莲幼苗在盐浓度小于1.2%时,具有一定的抗性,并且能耐受轻度干旱。Tropaeolum majus was used as a test plant to explore changes in the physiological and photosynthetic indexes of Tropaeolum majus seedlings under drought and salt stress.The results showed that with the deepening of NaCl stress,the activity of peroxidase initially increased and then decreased,the content of malondialdehyde decreased initially and then increased,and the relative injury rate continued to increase,showing significant variations at an NaCl concentration of 1.2%.The soluble protein content ranged from 4.93 mg/g to 3.37 mg/g,showing a downward trend.When the concentration of NaCl rose from 0.4% to 2.0%,the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate all continued to decrease,while the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration ranged from 131.67μmol/mol to 1227.67μmol/mol,showing an upward trend.With the increase of drought stress,the activity of peroxidase decreased,whereas the content of malondialdehyde and the relative injury rate increased.The content of soluble protein ranged from 5.09 mg/g to 3.99 mg/g,exhibiting a downward trend.When the drought level increased from mild to severe,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate all continued to decline,and the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration ranged from 487.33μmol/mol to 761.00μmol/mol,showing an increasing trend.In conclusion,Tropaeolum majus seedlings have certain resistance to an NaCl concentration less than 1.2%,and mild drought tolerance.
