摘 要:为探究植原体诱发的柳树丛枝病病株内源激素含量的变化,为柳树丛枝病的致病机理及防治提供理论依据。本研究以垂柳和旱柳为试验材料,采用LC-MS/MS法检测丛枝病病株和健株叶片中四大类13种植物激素的含量变化情况。结果表明,两种柳树病株与健株相比,ABA和CTK类激素DZ、6-BA显著增加,生长素类激素NAA、IPA和GA类激素GA-3、GA-4、GA-7显著减少。柳树被植原体侵染后其内源激素含量剧烈变化,从而导致柳树出现丛枝、腋芽丛生等症状。To investigate changes in endogenous hormone levels in susceptible willows infected with witches'broom disease induced by phytoplasma,and to provide a theoretical basis for understanding the pathogenesis and control of willow witches'broom,the contents of 13 endogenous hormones were determined in the susceptible and healthy leaves of weeping willow and dryland willow by the LC-MS/MS method.The results showed a significant increase in ABA and cytokinins(including DZ and 6-BA),while auxin(including NAA and IPA)and GA(including GA-3,GA-4,and GA-7)decreased markedly in both weeping willow and dryland willow.The infection by phytoplasma led to significant changes in endogenous hormones in willows and resulted in witches'broom symptoms such as axillary bud sprouting.
