摘  要:以某装配式宿舍楼建筑为例,对其现浇混凝土框架梁出现的裂缝进行检测与分析,并提出合理性的处理结论。裂缝检测与分析结果表明,该建筑现浇框架梁存在斜向或竖向裂缝,均为非受力裂缝,主要是由于混凝土材料收缩导致,施工过程中室外温差较大,个别构件钢筋保护层过厚、过薄均在一定程度上加剧裂缝的产生与发展。并对已出现的裂缝给出处理意见,以期为相关工程提供参考。Taking a prefabricated dormitory building as an example,the cracks in the cast-in-place concrete frame beam were detected and analyzed,and the reasonable treatment conclusions were put forward.The crack detection and analysis results show that there are inclined or vertical cracks in the cast-in-place frame beams of the building,which are all non-stress cracks,mainly due to the shrinkage of concrete materials.The outdoor temperature difference is large during the construction process,and the protection layer of individual members is either too thick or too thin,which aggravate the generation and development of cracks to a certain extent.Some suggestions on the treatment of the existing cracks are given in order to provide reference for related projects.
