摘　　要：建筑全过程碳排放占全国碳排放总量的47.1%,降低建筑全过程碳排放是建筑业的重要课题。本文研究是对既有工业园区中的既有建筑进行零碳改造,根据实际工程量清单,统计并分析既有建筑改造全过程碳排放量,根据分析结果提出既有建筑改造的全过程降碳策略,为既有建筑改造全过程降碳提供实例验证,助力建筑业碳达峰、碳中和。The carbon emission in the whole process of construction accounts for 47.1%of the total carbon emission in China,thus reducing the carbon emission during the whole life cycle of the building is an important topic for the construction industry.This article studies the zero carbon renovation of existing buildings in current industrial parks.Based on the actual bill of quantities,the carbon emissions of the entire process of existing building renovation are calculated and analyzed.Based on the analysis results,a comprehensive carbon reduction strategy for the whole life cycle of existing building renovation is proposed,providing practical examples for carbon reduction in the whole life cycle of existing building renovation and helping the construction industry achieve Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality.
