摘　　要：电磁战斗管理是对联合电磁频谱行动的动态化监测、评估、规划和指导,是实施联合电磁频谱作战的指挥中枢。围绕美军提出的电磁频谱战背景,分析了美军电磁战斗管理概念定义和主要内容。通过梳理美军现有的典型系统,总结出美军电磁战斗管理发展的主要特点。Electromagnetic battle management(EMBM)is the dynamic monitoring,evaluation,planning and guidance of joint electromagnetic spectrum operations,and is the command center of implementing joint electro‑magnetic spectrum operations.Focusing on the background of electromagnetic spectrum warfare proposed by the US military,the concept definition and main contents of EMBM of the US military are analyzed.By reviewing the existing typical systems of the US military,the main characteristics of the development of EMBM in the US military are summarized.
