采收前光照处理对罗勒生长与品质的影响

摘  要:为调控罗勒(Ocimum basilicum L.)植株的生长发育和品质,以‘紫叶罗勒’为试材,于人工气候室内,在采收前7 d设置不同光强与光周期组合(224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1)、224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×24 h·d^(-1)、330μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1)),探究采收前不同光照处理对罗勒植株形态、生物量和品质的影响。结果表明:与对照(224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1))相比,连续光照(224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×24 h·d^(-1))处理的罗勒植株株高和茎粗分别提高了19.1%和20.6%,罗勒植株的地上部鲜质量、干质量和地下部干质量分别提高了26.2%、41.7%和115.0%,罗勒叶片的维生素C含量增加了47.1%。此外,使用主成分降维分析的方法对各指标进行分析及综合评价,结果显示:224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×24 h·d^(-1)和330μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1)处理均优于224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1)处理,且224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×24 h·d^(-1)处理的罗勒植株综合得分及排名第一。综上所述,在完全可控的环境条件下,采收前短期连续光照处理能够提高罗勒植株产量和品质。In order to regulate the growth,development,and quality of basil(Ocimum basilicum L.)plants,the'purple leaf basil'in artificial climate chamber was used as the test material,different combinations of light intensity and photoperiod were set with 224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1),224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×24 h·d^(-1),330μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1)in the last 7 days before harvesting.The results showed that compared with the control(224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1)),the plant height and stem diameter of basil plants were increased by 19.1%and 20.6%,respectively;the shoot fresh weight,shoot dry weight and root dry weight of basil plants were increased by 26.2%,41.7%,and 115.0%,respectively;and the vitamin C content of basil leaves was increased by 47.1%.In addition,the dimensionality reduction method of principal component analysis was used to analyze each index.The method of comprehensive evaluation was obtained that the treatments with 224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×24 h·d^(-1)and 330μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1)were better than the treatment with 224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×16 h·d^(-1),and the comprehensive scores of the basil plants treated with 224μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)×24 h·d^(-1)ranked first.In conclusion,short-term continuous light before harvesting improves growth and quality of basil plant under fully-controlled environmental conditions.
