含硒纳米材料的合成及对小麦种子萌发和生根的影响

摘  要:为探究含硒纳米材料对小麦种子萌发和生长的影响,制备3种含硒纳米材料Se-Ni(硒质量分数71.50%)、Se-Co(硒质量分数68.46%)、Se-Co-Ni(硒质量分数66.88%),并应用于小麦种子外部刺激,观测小麦种子萌发和生根情况。结果表明:与对照处理组(清水)相比,浓度为50 mg/L的Se-Ni、Se-Co对小麦主根的促进率分别为6.31%、5.47%,均能促进小麦种子萌发,而Se-Co-Ni则抑制小麦种子主根生长。可以得出,纳米材料中的硒含量越高,对小麦种子萌发和生根的促进作用越大。小麦种子根尖亚显微结构说明,纳米材料中硒含量的高低影响纳米材料对种子内生组织作用的程度。对提高纳米材料在农业领域中的应用具有重要意义。In order to investigate effects of selenium-containing nanomaterials on wheat seed germination and growth,three this kind of nanomaterials were prepared:Se-Ni(selenium mass fraction 71.50%),Se-Co(selenium mass fraction 68.46%),Se-Co-Ni(selenium mass fraction 66.88%),and they were applied as external stimuli to wheat seeds with germination and rooting of wheat seeds measured.The results showed that compared with the control treatment group(water),the promotion rates of wheat taproots by Se-Ni and Se-Co at a concentration of 50 mg/L were 6.31%and 5.47%,respectively,demonstrating that the two materials could promote wheat seed germination,while Se-Co-Ni inhibited the growth of wheat taproots.Therefore,it can be concluded that the higher the selenium content in nanomaterials,the greater the promoting effect on wheat seed germination and rooting.The submicroscopic structure of wheat seed root tips indicated that selenium’s effects on the seed endophytic tissue depended on its content in nanomaterials.It is of great significance to expand the application of nanomaterials in the agricultural field.
