摘 要:为降低多孔混凝土的碱度,提高生物附着性并减少碳排放量,以再生粗骨料为原料,以牡蛎壳粉取代部分水泥,制备多孔生态混凝土,并对混凝土试样的力学性能、碱度、生物附着性、碳排放量进行研究。结果表明,与未使用牡蛎壳粉的试样相比:当牡蛎壳粉取代率为20%时,多孔生态混凝土试样的抗压强度降低13.2%,浸出液pH下降0.67,生物附着指数提高33.4%,总碳排放量降低29.8%;当牡蛎壳粉取代率为40%时,抗压强度降低26.7%,浸出液pH下降1.28,生物附着指数提高83.4%,总碳排放量降低59.7%,此时生物附着性最好,碳排放量最少。为提升人工鱼礁生态性能提供了一种有效的技术手段。To reduce alkalinity and carbon emissions of porous concrete and improve its biological attachment,porous ecological concrete was prepared with the recycled coarse aggregate as raw material and cement partially replaced by the oyster shell powder.Mechanical properties,alkalinity,biological attachment and carbon emissions of concrete samples were studied.Results showed that compared to the concrete without oyster shell powder,the compressive strength of porous ecological concrete samples with replacement rate of 20%decreased by 13.2%,the pH value of leachate dropped by 0.67,the biological attachment index increased by 33.4%,and the total carbon emissions reduced by 29.8%.When the replacement rate of oyster shell powder was 40%,the compressive strength decreased by 26.7%,the pH value of leachate dropped by 1.28,the biological attachment index increased by 83.4%,and the total carbon emissions reduced by 59.7%.The optimal replacement rate for biological attachment and carbon emissions was 40%.It provides an effective way to improve ecological performance of artificial reefs.
