摘　　要：目的:探究中医医疗资源配置与区域经济协调发展状况,为促进中医事业与经济协调发展提供参考。方法:运用综合评价指数分析中医医疗资源配置与区域经济综合发展水平,采用熵值法和耦合协调模型,测算中医医疗资源配置与区域经济协调状况。结果:中医医疗资源配置与区域经济综合水平稳定发展;东部、中部的综合水平要高于东北和西部。中医医疗资源配置发展态势优于区域经济发展水平,两系统的耦合度始终处于高水平耦合阶段,但两系统的耦合协调度有待提高,各地区的中医医疗资源配置与区域经济耦合协调状态存在发展不平衡。结论:中医医疗资源配置与区域经济耦合协调度有待提升,需创造良好政策、经济环境,助推中医医疗资源配置与区域经济协调发展。同时各地根据自身优劣势,设置中医医疗资源配置规划,促进两系统同频共振,形成良性循环。Objective:To explore the coordination between the allocation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)healthcare resources and regional economic development,providing references for promoting coordinated development between the TCM sector and the economy.Methods:The study used a comprehensive evaluation index to analyze the allocation of TCM healthcare resources and the comprehensive development level of the regional economy.The entropy method and coupling coordination model were employed to measure the coordination between TCM healthcare resource allocation and regional economic development.Results:The comprehensive levels of TCM healthcare resource allocation and regional economy showed stable development;the eastern and central regions had higher comprehensive levels compared to the northeast and western regions.The development trend of TCM healthcare resource allocation was superior to the level of regional economic development,with the coupling degree between the two systems consistently remaining at a high level.However,the coupling coordination degree between the two systems needs improvement,and there is an imbalance in the development status of TCM healthcare resource allocation and regional economic coupling coordination across different regions.Conclusion:The coupling coordination degree between TCM healthcare resource allocation and regional economic development needs to be improved.It is necessary to create favorable policy and economic environments to promote coordinated development between TCM healthcare resource allocation and regional economy.Additionally,each region should set up TCM healthcare resource allocation plans according to its strengths and weaknesses,promoting resonance between the two systems and forming a virtuous cycle.
