摘　　要：加强工会数据库建设,为职工提供普惠性、便捷性、精准性、常态性服务,完善信息互动机制,进一步提高职工满意度,打造多样性信息平台,创新工会管理模式和工作方式。智慧工会要与智慧医院建设相融合,为医院高质量发展服务。笔者针对建设中存在的问题和困难,建议做好医院顶层设计和支持,满足广大职工利益需求,促使工会干部理念的数字化转变。Strengthening the construction of labor union databases provides inclusive,convenient,precise,and regular services for employees,improving information interaction mechanisms,further increasing employee satisfaction,building diverse information platforms,and innovating union management models and work methods.A smart labor union should be integrated with the construction of a smart hospital to serve the hospital's high-quality development.The author suggests addressing the problems and challenges in the construction process by ensuring top-level design and support in the hospital,meeting the interests and needs of the majority of employees,and promoting the digital transformation of union leaders.
