校企协同的企业实习生制度的探索与实践:以旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：从校企协同的概念出发,简要概括了旅游管理专业的校企协同。经过二十余年的发展,许昌学院旅游管理专业校企合作顺利开展,集中实习制度有序进行,但校企协同水平还不高。采用问卷调查的方法,对学生在实习过程中的情况进行调研,了解了学生实习的岗位情况和学生实习的满意度情况调查,学生对于酒店中与同事的人际关系、酒店的工作环境相对满意程度较高。对学生实习需求情况调查时,59%的实习生希望通过实习积累更多经验,拥有更多的技能,能够在酒店多个部门轮岗,在以后的职业发展中能有更高的能力。对于更深的校企协同,需要从企业做好管理,提高行业培养意识;学生学好知识,用心做好实践;学校把握方向,深度校企合作等方面努力。Starting from the concept of school-enterprise cooperation,the school-enterprise coopera-tion in Tourism Management specialty is briefly summarized.After more than 20 years’develop-ment,school-enterprise cooperation in Tourism Management of Xuchang University has been carried out smoothly,and the centralized internship system is carried out in an orderly manner,but the level of school-enterprise cooperation is still not high.The questionnaire survey was carried out to investi-gate students’situation during the internship,their internship posts and satisfaction of the internship will be studied.Students are relatively satisfied with the interpersonal relationship with colleagues and the working environment of the hotel.In the survey of students'internship needs,59%of the in-terns hope to accumulate more experience and get more skills,rotate in multiple departments of the hotel to have higher ability in the future career development.Finally,the following aspects are put froward to achieve deeper school-enterprise cooperation in the future:enterprises should enhance the management and improve the awareness of industry training;students should learn knowledge well and do a good job in practice;colleges should grasp the direction and deep school-enterprise cooper-ation.
