摘 要:通过真空热压烧结法在900℃、35 MPa下保温120 min制备铌酸锂(LiNbO_(3),简称LN)压电陶瓷,研究掺杂不同含量的Al_(2)O_(3)对其压电性能的影响。通过物相、密度、微观组织、压电性能和介电性能分析发现,在0.5%~3%(摩尔分数)Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量范围内,所有LN压电陶瓷样品的主体衍射峰位置相同、峰形尖锐,均为类钙钛矿结构;随着Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量的增加,LN压电陶瓷晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,气孔增大、增多,密度和压电常数d_(33)均呈先增大后减小的趋势,均在Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量为1%时达到最大,分别为4.65 g/cm^(3)和11.3 pC/N,此压电常数相较于激光烧结法制备的LN压电陶瓷提高了88.3%。在1 MHz测试频率下,LN压电陶瓷的相对介电常数随着Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量的增加而逐渐增大。Lithium niobate(LiNbO_(3),LN)piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by vacuum hot-pressing sintering at 900℃and 35 MPa for 120 min.The effects of different Al_(2)O_(3) doping amounts on their piezoelectric properties were studied.Through the analysis of phase,density,microstructure,piezoelectric and dielectric properties,it is found that within the range of Al_(2)O_(3) doping amounts of 0.5%~3%(molar fraction),all LN piezoelectric ceramics samples exhibit the same position of main diffraction peaks that are sharp and indicative of a perovskite-type structure.with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3) doping amount,the particle size of LN piezoelectric ceramics gradually decreases while the porosity increases both in size and quantity.In addition,the density and piezoelectric constant d_(33)increase at first and then decrease,reaching their maximum of 4.65 g/cm^(3) and 11.3 pC/N,respectively,at an Al_(2)O_(3) doping amount of 1%.The above piezoelectric constant is 88.3%higher than that of LN piezoelectric ceramics prepared by laser sintering.At the test frequency of 1 MHz,the relative dielectric constant of LN piezoelectric ceramics increases gradually with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3) doping amount.
