摘　　要：区块链技术作为一种创新的信息技术,具有去中心化、透明性和不可篡改等特点。在当前我国大力发展红色文旅的背景下,区块链技术无疑能够为红色文化与旅游产业的链接发展提供新的路径和机遇。当前,区块链技术在文旅产业中的应用仍处于探索阶段,存在技术应用成熟度不高、红色资源之间缺乏联合、文旅产品开发深度不足等问题。为实现红色文化与旅游融合发展的目标,提出:1.构建红色文旅的公有链、私有链和联盟链,形成综合性区块链网络。构建统一的许可链资源共享平台,吸引多方共同参与并维持红色文旅产业的可持续发展,实现资源创新、利润和价值共创;2.通过加强公有链建设和构建共享数据平台分别优化链接的有形模式纽带和无形链接纽带,从而提升基础设施和配套服务水平,推动链接的创新与完善;3.通过联盟链推动技术创新,强化人才支撑,优化市场和法制发展环境,实现红色文旅产业的高质量发展。as an innovative information technology,blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,transparency and non-tampering.In the context of China's vigorous development of red cultural tourism,blockchain technology can undoubtedly provide new paths and opportunities for the development of the integration between red culture and tourism industry.At present,the application of blockchain technology in the cultural tourism industry is still in the exploratory stage,and there are problems such as low maturity of technology application,lack of cooperation between red resources,and insufficient depth of cultural tourism product development.In order to achieve the goal of integrated development between red culture and tourism,this paper proposes:1.construct a public,private and alliance chain of red cultural tourism to form a comprehensive blockchain network.Build a unified licensing chain resource sharing platform to attract multiple parties to participate in and maintain the sustainable development of the red cultural tourism industry,and realize resource innovation,profit and value co-creation;2.by strengthening the construction of the public chain and building a shared data platform,the tangible mode link and the intangible link of the link are optimized,so as to improve the level of infrastructure and supporting services,and promote the innovation and improvement of the link;3.promote technological innovation through the alliance chain,strengthen talent support,optimize the market and legal development environment,and realize the high-quality development of the red cultural tourism industry.
