摘 要:在炼油行业的加氢裂化和加氢精制工艺中,高压加氢闸阀作为控制氢气流通的关键控制设备,其使用寿命和稳定性至关重要。在高温、高压、氢环境的复杂工况下,高压加氢闸阀面临着氢腐蚀和氢气介质的冲刷磨损、以及阀门本身的机械磨损等挑战,严重影响了阀门的稳定性和使用寿命。本文通过高压加氢闸阀在使用工况下氢腐蚀和冲刷磨损等形式的失效分析,从材料性能、氢脆效应、结构设计等方面提供改善方案,有效提高了其使用寿命,保证整个系统设备安全稳定的运行。In the hydrocracking and hydrofining processes of the refining industry,the high-pressure hydrogenation gate valve is a key control device for controlling hydrogen flow,and its service life and stability are crucial.Under complex working conditions of high temperature,high pressure,and hydro-gen environment,high-pressure hydrogenation gate valves face challenges such as hydrogen corrosion,erosion and wear of hydrogen medium,and mechanical wear of the valve itself,which seriously affect the stability and service life of the valve.This article analyzes the failure of high-pressure hydrogena-tion gate valves in the form of hydrogen corrosion and erosion wear under operating conditions,and provides improvement solutions from the aspects of material properties,hydrogen embrittlement effects,structural design,etc.,effectively improving their service life and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the entire system equipment.
