摘  要:为了获得可靠的阀门密封法兰螺栓预紧力的指导数值,对影响预紧力的多种因素进行综合分析。主要从法兰密封性要求、螺栓材料性能、高温工况对预紧力影响三个方面进行应用实例的综合分析计算。经分析阐述了密封面材料的选择、密封面平整度及粗糙度实现要点和重要性;必需密封比压实现的重要性,材料许用密封比压的限制作用;保证密封比压螺栓性能及温度对螺栓性能的影响。本文通过计算和对比分析,验证了阀门常温和400℃工作温度的密封性能均符合设计要求。考虑了热膨胀及高温材料应力性能变化的因素,并评估了温度引起的总预紧力变化对密封面的影响。结果显示,温度变化产生影响但仍可满足设计要求。建议针对预期升温工况,在常温密封达标基础上,根据螺栓材料性能上调预紧力计算值约10%,以确保高温下密封比压与预紧力的稳定维持。In order to obtain a reliable guiding value of the pre-tightening force of the valve sealing flange bolt,a comprehensive analysis of various factors affecting the pre-tightening force is carried out.The comprehensive analysis and calculation of application examples are mainly carried out from three aspects:flange sealing requirements,bolt material properties,and the influence of high temperature conditions on pre-tightening force.The selection of sealing surface materials,the key points and importance of realizing the flatness and roughness of sealing surface are expounded through analysis.The importance of the realization of the necessary sealing specific pressure,the material allowable sealing specific pressure limit;ensure the performance of sealing pressure bolt and the influence of temperature on bolt performance.In this paper,through calculation and comparative analysis,it is verified that the sealing performance of the valve at room temperature and 400℃ working temperature meets the design requirements.The factors of thermal expansion and the change of stress performance of high temperature materials were considered,and the influence of the total preload change caused by temperature on the sealing surface was evaluated.The results show that the temperature change has an impact but can still meet the design requirements.It is suggested that the calculated value of pre-tightening force should be increased by about 10% according to the performance of bolt material on the basis of normal temperature sealing,so as to ensure the stable maintenance of sealing specific pressure and pre-tightening force at high temperature.
