摘 要:本文介绍了一种适用于高温高压工况的平衡式金属环双重密封套筒调节阀结构和工作原理。以我国某化工厂高温高压调节阀的国产化替代设计为例,提出了蒸汽介质CV值计算公式以及金属密封环的压缩量测试方法,为高温调节阀的设计提供了有力支持。本文结合计算机仿真模拟分析技术,对阀门在不同开度下的流量特性进行模拟计算,验证了计算公式的合理性。同时,对阀门的速度场与压力场分布进行分析,为优化阀门降压级数提供了理论依据。结果表明,该高温高压调节阀的设计不仅能降低介质流速,同时具备优良的降压效果,且有效保障了阀门的安全稳定性。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the regulating valve suitable for high temperature and high pressure.Taking the alternative design of high temperature and high pressure regulating valve in a chemical plant in China as an example,the calculation formula of steam medium CV value and the compression test method of metal sealing ring are put forward,which provides strong support for the design of high temperature regulating valve.This paper simulates the flow characteristics of the valve at different opening degrees,and verifies the rationality of the calculation formula.At the same time,the velocity field and pressure field distribution provide theoretical basis for optimizing the series of valve step down.The results show that the design of the high temperature and high pressure regulating valve can not only reduce the medium flow rate,but also have excellent antihypertensive effect,and effectively guarantee the safety and stability of the valve.
