摘 要:通过对电动闸阀运行在不同位置状态的受力情况分析,实现关阀反弹问题机理的分析,研究得出了关阀反弹问题的主要因素,并通过分解计算对闸阀反弹问题的主要原因进一步验证。明确了运动副间隙泄漏量不足以平衡阀杆动作引起的阀腔体积变化,使得阀腔介质压强发生变化,导致了反弹问题。并对反弹作用力进行了赋值计算,得出阀腔内介质压强变化引起的反弹扭矩占额定输出扭矩的比例可达59.3%。针对引起问题的主要因素进行结构改进设计,并对改进后结构的零件强度仿真校核,可解决电动闸阀关阀反弹问题。By analyzing the force situation of electric gate valves operating in different positions,the mechanism of valve rebound problem was analyzed,and the main factors of valve rebound problem were studied.The main reasons for valve rebound problem were further verified through decomposition calculation.It has been clarified that the leakage amount of the clearance between the moving pairs is insufficient to balance the volume change of the valve chamber caused by the valve stem action,resulting in a change in the pressure of the valve chamber medium and leading to rebound problems.And the rebound force was assigned and calculated,and it was found that the proportion of rebound torque caused by pressure changes in the medium inside the valve chamber to the rated output torque can reach 59.3%.Structural improvement design targeting the main factors causing the problem,and simulation verification of the strength of the improved structural components,can solve the problem of rebound when the electric gate valve is closed.
