摘  要:DN4800液控蝶阀中的蝶板为管道中主要承压件,其整体结构强度对管路安全性和稳定性起到至关重要的作用。首先,蝶板的结构设计一共提出了三种方案,应用Ansys Workbench,对不同结构设计方案的蝶板结构进行有限元分析,通过分析数据对比,为DN4800蝶阀的蝶板结构设计提供参考,最终确定蝶板结构。接着再次通过仿真分析,结合理论计算与设计经验对结构进行优化,优化蝶板厚度,在提高蝶板结构强度的同时,降低制造成本。The butterfly plate in the DN4800 hydraulic control butterfly valve is the main pressure bearing component in the pipeline,and its overall structural strength plays a crucial role in the safety and stability of the pipeline.Firstly,three schemes are proposed for the structure of the butterfly plate.Using Ansys Workbench,finite element analysis is conducted on the butterfly plate structures of different structural design schemes.Through data comparison,reference is provided for the butterfly plate structure design of DN4800 butterfly valve,and the butterfly plate structure is ultimately determined.Then,through simulation analysis,combined with theoretical calculations and design experience,the structure is optimized to optimize the thickness of the butterfly plate,while improving the strength of the butterfly plate structure and reducing manufacturing costs.
