摘　　要：软密封球阀是最常用的通用阀门之一,制作软密封阀座的高分子材料在阀门中发挥着关键作用,决定了阀门的密封性能和使用寿命。以材质成分、制成工艺、执行标准、机械性能、适用温度范围和典型密封结构等角度进行介绍和说明,充分了解高分子材质的特性,为软密封球阀阀座材质的选型提供参考。Soft sealing ball valve is one of the most commonly used general valves.The polymer material for making soft sealing seat plays a key role in the valve,which determines the sealing performance and service life of the valve.The material composition,manufacturing process,implementation standard,mechanical properties,applicable temperature range and typical sealing structure are introduced and explained.The characteristics of polymer materials are fully understood,which provides a reference for the selection of valve seat materials for soft sealing ball valves.
