摘 要:针对膏糊状含油污泥三相分离难和成型难的瓶颈,提出了含油污泥和生物质联合热压的方法,以生物质作为骨架添加剂,改善含油污泥的孔隙率和抗压强度,通过热压制备高性能颗粒燃料并联合回收高品质油.结果表明,含油污泥在热压作用下实现了固液分离,得到了高品质的颗粒燃料和液体油.在含油污泥-生物质共成型过程中,含油污泥中的胶质和沥青质在颗粒中起到黏合作用,而油作为润滑剂减轻了颗粒和模具之间的摩擦.在物料(含油污泥和木屑)混合比为1∶1,成型压力为50 MPa,温度为150℃时,成型颗粒的硬度达到40.4 N/mm^(2),且成型颗粒保持稳定.成型颗粒的能量密度明显增大,热值达到20995 kJ/kg,可作为高性能的颗粒燃料.同时回收的13.1%的油富含饱和烃、芳香烃、胶质等成分,便于进一步的利用.A method of combined hot pressing of oily sludge and biomass is proposed to address the bottleneck of difficult three-phase separation and molding of paste oily sludge.Biomass is used as skeleton additive to improve the porosity and compressive strength of oily sludge.High-performance pellet fuel is prepared by hot pressing,and at the same time high-quality oil is jointly recovered.The results demonstrate that solid-liquid separation of oily sludge is achieved under hot pressing,resulting in high-quality pellet fuel and liquid oil.During the oily sludge-biomass co-molding process,the resin and asphaltene in the oily sludge act as bonding agents in the particles,while the oil serves as lubricant that reduces friction between the particles and mold.When the material(oily sludge and sawdust)mixing ratio is 1∶1,the molding pressure is 50 MPa,and the temperature is 150℃,the hardness of the formed particles reaches 40.4 N/mm ^(2),and the formed particles remain stable.The energy density of the formed particles is significantly increased,and the calorific value reaches 20995 kJ/kg,making them suitable as high-performance pellet fuel.Additionally,13.1%of the recovered oil is rich in saturated hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons,resins and other components,which can be further utilized.
