摘 要:为提升共享汽车人机界面(Human Machine Interface,HMI)的用户体验问题,本研究采用Kano模型与公理设计(Axiomatic Design,AD)理论相结合的方法,通过深度访谈及个案研究来获取用户需求,并参照HMI设计原则与规范进行关键设计需求以及用户需求最佳设计参数的获取,从功能层、交互层与视觉层三个维度提出了共享汽车HMI的设计方案。评价数据显示,设计方案可用性测试的SUS总分达到A-级的80.225分,对比目前市场主流的共享汽车,有较大的提升。研究结果表明,结合Kano-AD形成的设计方法与实践,可精准地获取用户需求并进行权重划分,形成设计参数,能够为设计师提供更深入、全面的需求分析和决策支持,使其能够更科学地制定设计方案,也为汽车HMI产品开发提供新思路。To enhance the driver experience of Human-Machine Interface(HMI)in shared car,in this study,integrating the Kano model with Axiomatic Design(AD)theory,gathering the user needs through in-depth interviews and case studies,and key design requirements and optimal design parameters were derived according to HMI design principles and specifications.A design scheme for the shared car HMI was proposed across three dimensions:functional,interactional,and visual layers.Evaluation data revealed that the score of the designed scheme’s SUS(System Usability Scale)usability test reached 80.225,achieving an A-level rating.It is a significant improvement compared to the current market’s mainstream shared car.The result showed that the combined Kano-AD design approach effectively captures and prioritizes user needs,generating design parameters that provided designers with deeper and more comprehensive analysis and decision support.This enables the creation of more scientifically crafted design solutions and offers fresh insights for automotive HMI product development.
