摘　　要：目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合麻醉对腹腔镜下胆囊切除(LC)患者血清IL⁃6、IL⁃2及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法选取无为市人民医院2019年10月至2023年7月收治的122例行LC治疗患者为研究对象,根据麻醉药物不同分为对照组(n=59,七氟烷+丙泊酚复合麻醉)和观察组(n=63,瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚复合麻醉)。比较两组麻醉恢复情况、血清IL⁃6、IL⁃2水平、T淋巴细胞亚群变化及不良反应。结果观察组术后苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间和导管拔除时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组T0时IL⁃6、IL⁃2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T_(1)(术后6小时)、T_(2)(术后12小时)、T_(3)(术后24小时)时,观察组IL⁃6水平低于对照组,IL⁃2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组T0时CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)时比较,观察组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与七氟烷复合麻醉比较,瑞芬太尼复合麻醉对LC患者血清IL⁃6、IL⁃2水平及免疫系统的影响较小,可加快术后患者清醒和麻醉恢复,安全性尚可。Objective To investigate the effects of remifentanil combined anaesthesia on serum IL⁃6,IL⁃2 and T⁃lymphocyte subpopulations in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods A total of 122 patients who underwent LC at Wuwei People's Hospital from October 2019 to July 2023 were se⁃lected as the research subjects.According to different anesthetic drugs,they were divided into the control group(n=59,sevoflurane^(+)propofol combined anesthesia)and the observation group(n=63,remifentanil^(+)propofol combined anesthesia).The recovery of anesthesia,serum levels of IL⁃6 and IL⁃2,changes of T lymphocyte subsets and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative awakening time,recovery time of spontaneous respiration and catheter removal time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL⁃6 and IL⁃2 at T_(0)for both groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At T_(1)(6 hours postoperatively),T_(2)(12 hours postoperatively)and T_(3)(24 hours postoperatively),the IL⁃6 level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the IL⁃2 level was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When comparing the two groups at T0,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)(P>0.05).However,the T_(1),T_(2)and T_(3),CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)levels in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and CD8^(+)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When comparing the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared to sevoflurane combined anaesthesia,remifentanil combined anaesthesia has a lesser effect on serum IL�
