摘　　要：本文以2023年1—9月在河北国际旅行卫生保健中心进行13C呼气检测的20~60岁常规体检人群作为研究对象,统计其感染情况,并对常规体检人群幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的相关影响因素进行探讨。结果显示,本次研究受检者共374例,检出Hp感染103例,阳性率27.54%。男性阳性率31.12%,女性阳性率21.05%,差异有统计学意义(p <0.05)。各年龄组中41至50岁阳性率最高,但各年龄组间Hp阳性率差异无统计学意义(p> 0.05)。饮酒、家庭成员有Hp感染、紧张焦虑、频繁聚餐、暴饮暴食习惯、知晓Hp知识、辛辣食物、口味偏重、超重/肥胖是主要的影响因素。研究成果可为相关部门制定有针对性的防治措施提供科学依据,也对提高公众防范Hp感染意识具有一定的指导作用。This study investigates the infection status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in a routine health examination population aged 20-60 who underwent 13C-breath tests at the Hebei International Travel Health Care Center from January to September 2023.The study also explores the related influencing factors of Hp infection in this population.The results show that out of 374 participants in this study,103 cases were found to be infected with Hp,with a positive rate of 27.54%.The positive rate among males was 31.12%,and among females,it was 21.05%,with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Among the different age groups,the age group of 41 to 50 had the highest positive rate,but there was no statistically significant difference in Hp positive rates across the age groups(p<0.05).Alcohol consumption,family history of Hp infection,anxiety and stress,frequent dining out,overeating,awareness of Hp knowledge,spicy food,preference for strong flavors,and overweight/obesity were the main influencing factors.The findings can provide a scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate targeted prevention and control measures and also serve as guidance for raising public awareness of Hp infection prevention.
