摘　　要：本文旨在对2019—2023年武汉口岸出入境人员血液样本进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)抗体检测,并进行统计学分析和对确诊阳性者进行流行病学调查。结果显示,共检出HIV阳性者39例,总检出率为3.81/万人,出境、入境人员HIV检出率分别为1.84/万人和11.56/万人,≥60岁年龄组在出境人员中检出率最高;出境劳务和外籍留学检出率在阳性人员中占比较高。因此,武汉口岸应该持续加强对出入境人员的HIV监测和健康宣教。This paper aims to conduct an HIV antibody test in blood samples from entry-exit personnel at Wuhan port from 2019 to 2023,followed by statistical analysis and an epidemiological investigation of the confirmed positive cases.The results indicate that a total of 39 HIV-positive cases were detected,with an overall detection rate of 3.81 per 10,000 people.The detection rates for entry and exit personnel were 1.84 per 10,000 and 11.56 per 10,000,respectively.The age group of 60 years and above had the highest detection rate among exit personnel;the detection rate among exit labores and foreign students accounted for higher proportion among the positive cases.Therefore,the HIV surveillance and health education should be strengthened continuously among entry-exit personnel at Wuhan port.
