公共场所从业人员烟草危害认知度及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析公共场所从业人员烟草危害认知度及影响因素,以为公共场所从业人员烟草危害认知度相关干预措施的制定提供参考依据。方法选取2023年1—12月北京经济技术开发区的360名公共场所从业人员为研究对象,对其进行烟草危害认知度的评估。比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度、吸烟情况、居住地、收入情况、婚姻状况、呼吸系统疾病情况、工作年限、工作岗位及经营性质者的烟草危害认知度,并采用多因素logistic分析公共场所从业人员烟草危害认知度及影响因素。结果360名公共场所从业人员中烟草危害认知度较高者109名,占比为30.28%。不同性别、吸烟情况、居住地、收入情况、婚姻状况、工作年限、工作岗位及经营性质者的烟草危害认知度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄<25岁、高中及以上及呼吸系统疾病者的烟草危害认知度较高率高于年龄≥25岁、初中及以下、无呼吸系统疾病者(P<0.05);多因素logistic分析显示,年龄、文化程度及呼吸系统疾病情况是公共场所从业人员烟草危害认知度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论公共场所从业人员烟草危害认知度仍较低;年龄、文化程度及呼吸系统疾病情况是其影响因素,可作为干预措施制定的参考依据。Objective To analyze the awareness of tobacco hazards and its influence factors of workers in public place,in order to provide evidence for the development of intervention measures related to tobacco hazard awareness of workers in public places.Methods A total of 360 workers in public place of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area from January to December 2023 were chosen as the study object,and the awareness of tobacco hazards of all the workers were evaluated,then the awareness of tobacco hazards of workers with different gender,ages,education degree,smoke situation,residence,income state,marital state,respiratory disease state,years of work,job position and business nature were compared,the influence factors of tobacco hazards awareness of workers in public place were analyzed by multivariate logistic analysis.Results A total of 109 cases of 360 workers in public place were with higher awareness of tobacco hazards,accounting for 30.28%.There was no significant difference in tobacco hazard awareness among different gender,smoke situation,residence,income state,marital state,years of work,job position and business nature(P>0.05).The awareness of tobacco hazards of workers with<25 years old,senior high school and above and respiratory system diseases were higher than those of workers with≥25 years old,junior middle school and below and without respiratory system diseases(P<0.05).The multivariate logistic analysis showed the ages,education degree and respiratory disease state were the influence factors of tobacco hazards awareness of workers in public place(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness of tobacco hazards of workers in public place is still lower,and the ages,education degree and respiratory disease state are the influence factors,so they can be as the reference for the development of intervention measures.
