清肺透邪方治疗小儿支原体肺炎所致咳嗽(痰热闭肺证)疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨清肺透邪方治疗小儿支原体肺炎所致咳嗽(痰热闭肺证)的效果。方法:将86例支原体肺炎所致咳嗽患儿随机分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),对照组予口服阿奇霉素和孟鲁司特治疗,观察组在此基础上联合清肺透邪方治疗,均治疗2周。比较2组临床效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床症状缓解时间、日间与夜间咳嗽积分、呼吸频率、血清炎症指标均低于对照组;呼气流量峰值、潮气量、治疗总有效率均高于对照组(均P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清肺透邪方辅助治疗支原体肺炎所致咳嗽(痰热闭肺证)能有效减轻患儿的咳嗽症状,改善患儿的呼吸功能和肺功能,且不良反应较少。Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingfei Touxie formula in the treatment of cough due to Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection(phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome)in children.Methods:Eighty-six of the children were randomly divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=43),the control group was treated with oral azithromycin and montelukast,and the observation group was additionally treated with Qingfei Touxie formula on this basis,and the treatment was lasted for 2 weeks.The clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The time for clinical symptom relief,daytime and nighttime cough score,respiratory rate,serum inflammatory indexes were lower and peak expiratory flow rate,tidal volume,and total effective rate of treatment were higher in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment of cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome)with Qingfei Touxie formula can effectively reduce cough symptoms,improve respiratory function and lung function of children,and has fewer adverse reactions.
