摘　　要：本文系统总结了热轧薄规格高强钢在国内外的需求及生产现状,分析了在传统板式热处理线上生产的局限性和技术瓶颈。在此基础上,设计了将快速热处理技术应用到连续式热处理工艺中生产薄规格高强钢产品的新生产线,并对生产线的技术特点和优势进行了论述。工程实践证明连续式热处理工艺生产热轧薄规格高强钢是一种可行、高效的技术路线。This paper systematically summarizes the demand and production status of hot-rolled thin-gauge high-strength steel at home and abroad,and analyzes the limitations and technical bottlenecks of production on traditional plate heat treatment lines.On this basis,a new production line for producing thin-gauge high-strength steel products by applying rapid heat treatment technology to continuous heat treatment process is designed,and the technical characteristics and advantages of the production line are discussed.Engineering practice has proved that the continuous heat treatment process is a feasible and efficient technical route for producing hot-rolled thin-gauge high-strength steel.
