摘　　要：研究小方坯连铸机运用现有的在线设备检测系统,通过对小方坯连铸机振幅、振频、振动台电动缸电流、结晶器液面高度、结晶器进出水温差等数据的在线监测,进行实时跟踪,在线数据分析计算,对比,建立小方坯连铸的漏钢预报系统,对具有漏钢状态的数据设置报警报警值,在线实时监测异常数据实现报警预测,初步做到了漏钢预报的应用,可应用于国内小方坯连铸机的智能化。Research on billet caster using existing on-line equipment detection system,through on-line monitoring the data of billet caster amplitude,frequency,electric cylinder current of vibrating table,height of mould liquid level,temperature difference of water in and out of mould,the real-time tracking,on-line data analysis and calculation are carried out,by contrast,the breakout prediction system of billet continuous casting is established,the alarm value is set for the data with breakout state,and the alarm prediction is realized by on-line real-time monitoring abnormal data,it can be applied to the intelligentization of billet caster in China.
