摘 要:旨在提高高速线材粗轧机的主减速机组传动效率高速线材粗轧机的主减速机组传动效率。分析了原高速线材粗轧机组主传动结构中减速机分布和工作特征;提出了主传动减速机的改造思路并对比了两种设计方案。改造思路是将原本的一台主电机改为两台,三台减速机和四台齿轮座合并为一台联合减速机。方案将减速机与齿轮座合并,同时减速机输入轴布置在配对齿轮的上方。研究结果表明,改造方案提升额定转速,提升轧制效率;减少了齿轮、轴承及联轴器的使用数量,提升系统稳定性。布局也更为合理,具备更高的实用价值。The design of gear transmission system plays an important role in improving the quality,performance and life of mechanical products.In this paper,the traditional system transformation scheme of main reduction unit of high speed wire roughing mill is studied,and the matching scheme of gear train is explored.The basic constraints of gear train are analyzed,and the speed ratio curves of matching gear and matching gear with different number of teeth are obtained by calculation,and the number of input shaft teeth and gear seat teeth of reducer are determined.The results show that the optimized reducer saves more installation space,the gear layout is more compact and the footprint is smaller than the original scheme.In addition,compared with the original scheme,the number of gears,bearings and couplings is also reduced,so it has more advantages.
