摘 要:为满足高炉生产的更灵活布料和节能降本需求,提出了一种基于时间法布料的高炉布料精度提升的方法。主要通过PLC程序编程优化实现,布料可控精度由0.5圈提升至0.1圈。PLC程序优化完成并上线成功运行,生产操作人员很快掌握了操作方法并用于布料圈数设定实践,节约中心焦用量。基于时间法的高炉布料精度提升方案可行,适应高炉生产对布料的精准要求。In order to meet the demand of more flexible distribution and energy saving in blast furnace production,a method of improving the distribution accuracy of blast furnace based on time method was proposed.Mainly through PLC programming optimization,the controllable precision was improved from 0.5 to 0.1.PLC program optimization was completed and successfully run on line.Production operators quickly mastered the operation method and used it,saving the amount of central coke.It is feasible to improve the precision of blast furnace distribution based on time method,which can meet the precise requirements of blast furnace production.
