摘　　要：主要介绍了罩式炉机组新增的废氢回收装置。该装置包括管道切换装置、过滤装置、增压装置和处理装置。对废氢进行收集储存、过滤净化,通过加压设备送至焦炉煤气制氢站,与精制后的焦炉煤气进行混合作为制氢原料进行再利用。采用S7-1500控制废氢回收工艺流程,在操作员站上做了人机界面完成各种工艺参数的显示及报警,生产过程的实时监控。同时设有程序联锁保护措施保证废氢回收装置安全可靠的运行,做到了与原罩式炉系统的完美结合。该装置的投入使用实现了退火过程中废氢的回收利用,不仅降低了生产成本,而且避免了污染环境。具有良好的经济和社会效益,达到了预期效果。This paper mainly introduces the newly added waste hydrogen recovery device of the bell annealing furnace.This device includes pipeline switching device,filtering device,pressure increasing device and processing device.Waste hydrogen is collected,stored,filtered and purified.Waste hydrogen is sent to the coke oven gas hydrogen production station through pressurized equipment,and mixed with refined coke oven gas,as hydrogen production raw material for reuse.S7-1500 is used to control the process flow of waste hydrogen recovery.Human-machine interface was created on the operator station to display various process parameters and alarm,real-time monitoring of the production process At the same time,the program interlock protection ensures the safe and reliable operation of the waste hydrogen recovery system,and achieves the perfect combination with the original bell annealing furnace system.The operation of this device has achieved the recovery and utilization of waste hydrogen during the annealing process,not only reducing production costs but also avoiding environmental pollution It has economic and social benefits realizing the desired effect.
