摘　　要：研究高压变频控制系统在带式焙烧球团工艺热风系统的应用。在电气主回路采用高压变频器,在电气旁路采用高压变频软起动器,分析不同情况下风机运行情况。正常时风机通过主回路的高压变频器实现起动、运行及调节,风机的起动顺滑,风量的调节精准。在主回路变频器出现故障停机时,通过旁路高压变频软起动器进行风机的起动,起动完成后切换到工频回路,风机。主回路高压变频器及旁路高压变频软起的组合运用,保证了风机的可靠运行,可以实现对带式焙烧球团工艺热风系统的控制。The application of high voltage frequency conversion control system in hot air system of belt roasting pellet process was studied.The high voltage frequency converter is used in the main electrical circuit,and the high voltage frequency conversion soft starter is used in the electrical bypass.Normally,the fan is started,operated and adjusted through the high voltage inverter of the main circuit,and the starting of the fan is smooth and the air volume is adjusted accurately.When the main circuit inverter fails to stop,the fan can be started by the bypass high-voltage variable frequency soft starter,and the fan can be switched to the power frequency circuit after starting.Through the combination of main circuit high voltage frequency converter and bypass high voltage frequency converter,the energy consumption is reduced,the reliable operation of the fan is ensured,and the requirements of continuous production are met.
