摘　　要：本文主要研究液压系统中的O形橡胶密封圈的尺寸选用,及安装储存等维护技术,以避免因选用、维护不当导致提前失效引起系统泄漏故障,尤其针对没有推荐尺寸型号情况下,需根据动静密封类型、系统工作压力、安装位置及沟槽尺寸,并同时充分考虑材质硬度、初始压缩量、挤出间隙等不同条件因素,进行尺寸选用。This article mainly studies the size selection,installation and storage maintenance techniques of O-ring rubber seals in hydraulic systems,in order to avoid premature failure and system leakage faults caused by improper selection and maintenance.Especially in the absence of recommended size models,size selection needs to be based on dynamic and static seal types,system working pressure,installation position and groove size,while fully considering different conditions such as material hardness,initial compression amount,and extrusion clearance.
