摘　　要：探索转鼓式飞剪轴承故障后在线检查、更换而非下线返厂的修复方法。通过对宁钢转鼓式飞剪轴承故障处理过程进行复盘,探索飞剪轴承发生故障后在线更换的可行性和经济性。成功的使用铜环临时代替损坏的轴承,在定修期间完成了轴承的更换。转鼓式飞剪轴承发生故障后进行在线更换既可行又具有良好的经济性。About the repair method of exploring the fault of rotary drum flying shear bearing instead of returning to the factory.By reviewing the fault processing process of Ninggang rotary drum flying shear bearing,explore the feasibility and economy of online replacement of flying shear bearing after failure.Successfully used the copper rings to temporarily replace the damaged bearings,and completed the replacement of the bearings during the fixed repair period.It is feasible and economical to replace the flying shear bearing online after failure.The exploration of online replacement.
