摘 要:利用烧结矿余热发电是节能减排有效措施,为了提高烧结矿吨矿发电量和能源利用率,同时响应国家政策导向,减少二氧化碳排放量,在现有常规余热发电工艺配置的基础上,通过分析环冷机内烧结矿温度分布及烟囱烟气温度分布情况,把环冷机第三段废气引入环冷机前两个风箱,把低温热源作为环冷机的冷源,用于冷却烧结矿,然后对能源利用进行计算并将该模型应用到实践。结果表面通过改善余热回收和烟气循环系统,改进环冷烟气流向和余热回收方式,能够提高烧结矿吨矿发电量和能源利用率。Using Sintering waste heat power generation is the effective measures for energy conservation and emissions reduction.The purpose is to improve the power generation capacity of per ton of Sintering ore and energy utilization rate.Response of the national policy guidance and reducing carbon dioxide emissions are also the purpose.On the basis of the existing conventional waste heat power generation process configuration.The Circular Cooler temperature distribution and chimney flue gas temperature distribution are analyzed,The flue from the third chimney of Circular Cooler is connected into the first and second bellows.The low temperature heat source as the cold source is used to cool the Sintering ore.And then calculation of the energy utilization is applied to practice.The result is that the power generation and energy utilization rate is increased through improving the waste heat recovery and flue gas circulation system,bettering the Circular cooling flue gas flow direction and waste heat recovery mode.
