摘　　要：总结1例重度咽反射亢进患者行多颗牙种植修复脱敏护理经验总结。护理要点如下:术前采用咽反射分级评估,加强诊疗沟通及复诊随访,针对本例患者配合程度及耐受情况进行全疗程个性化护理指导、制定目标导向进行日常自我脱敏技巧等。该患者经过一系列个性化护理指导下实现,由全麻下干预治疗逐步过渡无辅助方式完成,使患者对口腔操作恐惧“刻板印象”发生改变,为口腔常规复诊及口腔护理脱敏训练及椅旁配合过渡奠定基础。The desensitization nursing experience of a patient with severe hyperpharyngeal hyperreflexia who underwent multiple dental implant restoration is summarized.The main points of nursing care are as follows:preoperative pharyngeal reflex grading assessment,strengthening diagnosis and treatment communication and follow-up,personalized nursing guidance for the whole course of treatment according to the patient's degree of cooperation and tolerance,and development of goal-oriented daily self desensitization skills.After a series of personalized nursing guidance to achieve,the patient from general anesthesia intervention treatment gradually transition unassisted way to complete,so that the patient's fear of oral operation"stereotype"change,for oral routine follow-up and oral care desensitization training and chair-side with the transition to lay the foundation.
