摘　　要：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕患者性激素、代谢指标的变化及临床意义。方法回顾性抽取2020年2月至2023年1月南阳南石医院收治的PCOS所致不孕患者72例作为PCOS组,并以1∶1配比抽取同期健康体检者72例作为健康组。检测并比较两组性激素[催乳素(PRL)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)]、糖代谢指标[空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]、脂代谢指标[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平。结果PCOS组PRL、LH、FSH、E2、P、T水平高于健康组(P<0.05)。PCOS组FINS、FPG、HOMA-IR水平高于健康组(P<0.05)。PCOS组TG、TC、LDL-C水平高于健康组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平低于健康组(P<0.05)。结论PCOS所致不孕患者的性激素、代谢指标与健康人群存在明显差异,临床及时检测性激素、代谢指标水平有助于检出疾病,可为治疗方案的制定提供参考依据。ObjectiveTo investigate the changes and significance of sex hormones and metabolic indexes in patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).MethodsA total of 72 patients with infertility caused by PCOS admitted to Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang from February 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected as the PCOS group,and 72 patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group at a ratio of 1∶1.Levels of sex hormones including prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)and testosterone(T),levels of glucose metabolism markers including fasting insulin(FINS),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),and levels of lipid metabolism markers including triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were tested and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe levels of PRL,LH,FSH,E2,P and T in the PCOS group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of FINS,FPG,and HOMA-IR in the PCOS group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the PCOS group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05),while the level of HDL-C in the PCOS group was lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).ConclusionsInfertility patients caused by PCOS have significant differences in sex hormones and metabolic indexes compared with healthy people.Timely clinical testing of the levels of sex hormones and metabolic indexes is helpful to detect the disease,which can provide a reference for the formulation of treatment plans.
