百令胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析百令胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年1月至2022年12月中国人民解放军陆军第八十三集团军医院收治的DN患者82例,按随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,每组41例。单一组采取羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,联合组采取百令胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果,肾功能[血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素C(CysC)],糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)],血管内皮功能[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、人几丁质酶3样蛋白1(YKL-40)]。结果联合组总有效率(92.68%,38/41)高于单一组(65.85%,27/41),P<0.05。治疗后,联合组CysC、Scr、BUN水平低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组FPG、HbA1c水平低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组SOD、YKL-40水平较高于单一组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对DN患者可提高治疗效果,调节肾功能,降低机体糖代谢,还能改善血管内皮功能。ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of Bailing capsules combined with calcium dobesilate capsules on diabetic nephropathy(DN).MethodsThis study was a cohort study.A total of 82 patients with DN treated in the 83rd Group Army Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army of China from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and they were divided into a single group and a combined group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The single group was treated with calcium dobesilate capsules,and the combined group was treated with Bailing capsules combined with calcium dobesilate capsules.The therapeutic effect,renal function evaluated by serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and cystatin C(CysC),glucose metabolism indices,including fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and vascular endothelial function evaluated by superoxide dismutase(SOD)and human chitinase-3-like protein 1(YKL-40)were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the combined group was 92.68%(38/41),which was higher than the 65.85%(27/41)of the single group(P<0.05).Compared with the single group,the levels of CysC,Scr,and BUN in the combined group were lower(P<0.05),the levels of FPG and HbA1c in the combined group were lower(P<0.05),and the levels of SOD and YKL-40 in the combined group were higher after treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionsBailing capsules combined with calcium dobesilate capsules can improve the therapeutic effect,regulate renal function,reduce glucose metabolism,and improve vascular endothelial function in patients with DN.
