磺酰脲类降糖药结合丁苯肽软胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中合并2型糖尿病的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析磺酰脲类降糖药结合丁苯肽软胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes melli-tus,T2DM)的疗效。方法选择2022年1月—2023年12月惠安县医院神经内科收治的80例缺血性脑卒中合并T2DM患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。基础治疗后对照组给予丁苯肽软胶囊+二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用磺酰脲类降糖药治疗。比较两组不良反应(恶心呕吐、心悸气短、皮肤瘙痒、腹泻)发生率及治疗前后血糖指标水平(餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖)、血脂指标水平(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、神经功能、功能障碍评分。结果治疗3个月后,观察组血糖、血脂水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组神经功能、功能障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磺酰脲类降糖药结合丁苯肽软胶囊治疗可进一步改善缺血性脑卒中合并T2DM患者的血糖、血脂指标水平,且不会增加用药风险。Objective To analyze the efficacy of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs combined with butanophentide softcapsules in the treatment of ischemic stroke complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke complicated with T2DM admitted to the Department of Neurology of Hui'an County Hos-pital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The inci-dence of adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting,palpitation and shortness of breath,skin itching,diarrhea)and the levels of blood glucose indexes(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose),blood lipid indexes(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein choles-terol),neurological function and dysfunction scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of neurological function and dysfunction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs combined with butylphthalide soft capsules can further improve the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid indexes in patients with ischemic stroke complicated with T2DM,and will not increase the risk of medication.
