摘 要:目的探讨胰岛素泵短期强化治疗新发2型糖尿病的价值。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月灌南县人民医院收治的86例新发2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,各43例。对照组采取多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察组采取胰岛素泵短期强化治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)、空腹胰岛素、胰岛功能C肽、胰岛β细胞功能指数及胰岛素抵抗指数。结果治疗前,两组血糖及胰岛β细胞功能水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组血糖水平均低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论新发2型糖尿病患者进行胰岛素泵短期强化治疗,可降低患者血糖水平,改善其胰岛β细胞功能,并正向影响胰岛素分泌及敏感性。Objective To explore the value of short-term intensive insulin pump in the treatment of new diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Guannan County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with multiple subcutaneous insulin injections,and the observation group was treated with shortterm intensive insulin pump therapy.The blood glucose levels(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose),fasting insulin,islet function C peptide,isletβcell function index and insulin resistance index were com-pared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in blood glucose and isletβcell function indexes between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treat-ment,the blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the isletβcell function indexes were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the homeostasis model assessment isletβcell function index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance index was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Short-term intensive insulin pump therapy in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus can reduce blood glucose levels,improve isletβ-cell function,and positively affect insulin secretion and sensitivity.
