摘　　要：目的探讨在2型糖尿病治疗时联合应用瑞格列奈、二甲双胍的治疗效果。方法回顾性选取2022年3月—2024年2月屏南县总医院收治的70例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,研究组给予二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、血脂指标(总胆固醇、甘油三酯)、生活质量(生理、心理、环境、社交)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血糖、血脂指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者进行降血糖治疗时,将二甲双胍、瑞格列奈联用具有显著的疗效,对血糖和血脂的调节作用良好,有利于提升患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of combined application of repaglinide and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Pingnan County General Hospital from March 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the study group was treated with metformin combined with repaglinide.The total effective rate of treatment,blood glucose index(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c),blood lipid index(total cholesterol,triglyceride),quality of life(physiological,psychological,environmental,so-cial)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion When treating type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypoglycemic therapy,metformin combined with repaglinide has a significant effect,regulate blood glucose and blood lipid,and improve the quality of life of patients.
