摘  要:以立德树人为出发点,以培养德才兼备的软件测试人才为目标,本文结合软件测试课程的特点和授课群体的共同点,提出了一种“知识+价值”、“课内+课外”、“过程+结果”的多元化教学模式。通过知识+价值的教学理念正确引导老师以润物细无声地方式融入课程思政元素。通过课内+课外的教学方式让学生能够课前掌握简单、基础的知识,课上学习重难点知识,课后以复习+练习+提升的方式满足不同层次学生的需求。通过过程+结果的考核方式,在测验学生理论知识掌握程度的同时考察德育效果。实践表明,这种多元化的教学模式不仅能在知识层面提升学生的功底,而且能在德育层面培养学生的工匠精神和航天精神。With virtue as the starting point and the goal of cultivating software testing talents with both virtue and ability,this paper puts forward a diversified teaching model of"knowledge+value","in-class+extracurricular"and"process+result"based on the features of software testing course and the common points of teaching target.The mindset of"knowledge+value"can guide teachers to integrate the ideological and political elements into the curriculum in a subtle way.Through in-class and out-of-class teaching,students can master simple and basic knowledge before class,learn key and diffcult knowledge during class,and meet the needs of students at different levels through review,practice,and improvement after class.By using a"process+result"assessment method,the effectiveness of moral education is evaluated while assessing students'mastery of theoretical knowledge.Practice shows that this diversified teaching model can not only enhance students'knowledge,but also cultivate their craftsmanship and aerospace spirit in moral education.
