摘　　要：重塑大学内部治理文化是实现高校治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要举措,也是在中国式教育治理现代化背景下针对大学内部文化治理的现存问题及未来路径提出的新要求,发起的新挑战。近年来,大学内部文化治理已成为教育治理的迫切议题,各高校内部频繁出现的文化冲突制约了高等教育治理现代化的速度和规模,阻碍了中国式教育治理现代化的突破和完善。因此,基于中国式教育治理现代化视角,针对各高校内部出现的文化治理问题,探讨大学内部治理文化重塑,旨在构建新型大学内部文化治理体系,为教育进步和民族复兴保驾护航。Reshaping the internal governance culture of universities is an important measure to realize the modernization of university governance system and governance capacity.It is also a new requirement and challenge for the existing problems and future paths of university internal cultural governance under the background of modernization of Chinese-style educational governance.In recent years,the internal cultural governance of universities has become an urgent issue of educational governance.The frequent occurrence of cultural conflicts within universities has restricted the speed and scale of modernization of higher education governance,and hindered the breakthrough and improvement of modernization of Chinese-style educational governance.From the perspective of modernization of Chinese-style education governance,this paper discusses the cultural reshaping of the internal governance culture of universities in view of the cultural governance within universities,aiming at building a new type of internal cultural governance system of universities,and escorting educational progress and national rejuvenation.
