摘　　要：马克思在分析经济社会问题中说,人奋斗所争取的一切都同他们的利益有关,因此,本文基于西方经济学的理性经济人假设,通过构建网络道德治理中的政府、大学生为博弈双方的演化博弈模型,探讨双方在网络道德治理过程中采取的策略与稳定性。通过仿真工具方法,将参与博弈双方的动态演化过程和参数调整对二者策略选择的影响过程进行展示。发现博弈双方的策略稳定性与双方合作的协同收益、收益分配比例在一定范围内正相关,与双方的投入成本成反比,存在使双方合作策略处于长期稳定性的合理利益分配组合。基于以上分析,本文分别从政府、大学生的角度提出对策与建议。In his analysis of economic and social problems, Marx said that everything people strive for is related to their interests. Therefore, based on the assumption of rational Homo economicus in western economics, this paper discusses the strategy and stability of both sides in the process of network moral governance by constructing an evolutionary game model in which the government and college students are both sides of the game. By using simulation tools, the dynamic evolution process of game participants and the impact of parameter adjustments on the strategy choices of both parties are demonstrated. It was found that the stability of the strategies of both parties in the game is positively correlated with the collaborative benefits and profit distribution ratio of both parties' cooperation within a certain range, and inversely proportional to the investment costs of both parties. There exists a reasonable combination of profit distribution that keeps the cooperation strategies of both parties in long-term stability. Based on the above analysis, propose countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of the government and college students.
