摘  要:针对海洋风电塔筒等厚板构件板材较厚、成形半径较大的滚弯成形特点,建立了滚弯成形过程的简化模型和考虑弯曲中性层偏移的修正模型,进行了滚弯成形工艺实验。研究结果表明,成形过程中弯曲中性层的偏移,导致简化模型与修正模型所得到的接触角和下压量分析结果存在明显差异;下辊中心距的增大,使得达成目标半径所需的接触角和下压量增加,下压力减小。由于回弹的影响,相同弯曲曲率下较厚的板材需要更大的下压量来成形,并且随着板材厚度与下压量的增加,考虑弯曲中性层偏移的修正模型的计算结果与实验下压量吻合良好。For the roll bending characteristics of thicker plate and larger forming radius for thick plate components such as offshore wind turbine towers,a simplified model for roll bending process and a modified model considering the offset of bending neutral layer were established,and the roll bending process experiments were conducted.The research results show that the offset of bending neutral layer during the forming process leads to significant differences in the analysis results of contact angles and reduction amounts obtained by the simplified model and the modified model.The increase in the center distance between lower rollers leads to an increase in the contact angle and the reduction amount required to achieve the target radius,while the downward force decreases.Due to the influence of springback,the thicker plates with the same bending curvature require a greater reduction amount to form.With the increasing of plate thickness and reduction amount,the calculation results of the modified model considering the offset of bending neutral layer are in good agreement with the experimental reduction amount.
