摘 要:针对金属板材在辊弯成形中的断裂现象,以6061-T6铝合金为研究对象,提出一种预测辊弯成形件断裂的方法并对其断裂机理进行研究。通过Abaqus有限元软件结合GTN损伤模型成功模拟了6061-T6铝合金V型件在两种辊弯成形弯曲方法——定长度法、定半径法下的断裂行为,并与辊弯成形试验结果进行对比。结果表明:GTN损伤模型对预测6061-T6铝合金板材在辊弯成形中的断裂具有可靠性;通过对辊弯件断裂部位的微观形貌分析和有限元力学分析确定了板材在辊弯成形中受到拉伸和剪切力的作用;且由于采用定半径法成形的板材在辊弯成形中的最大应变提升速度快于定长度法,使采用定长度法成形的板材相对于定半径法可以获得更高的断裂极限。Aiming at the fracture phenomenon of sheet metal in roll bending,for 6061-T6 aluminum alloy,a method to predict the fracture of roll bending parts was proposed,and the fracture mechanism was investigated.Then,the fracture behavior of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy V-shaped parts under two roll bending methods of fixed-length method and fixed-radius method was successfully simulated by finite element software Abaqus combined with damage model GTN,which was compared with the experimental results of roll bending.The results show that the GTN damage model is reliable to predict the fracture of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy sheets during roll bending.Microscopic morphology analysis and finite element mechanical analysis on the fractured areas of the roll bending parts reveal that the sheets are subjected to tensile and shear forces during roll bending.Furthermore,because the maximum strain rate of sheets formed by the fixed-radius method increases faster than that by the fixed-length method in roll bending,the sheets formed by the fixed-length method can obtain a higher fracture limit compared to those formed by the fixed-radius method.
