摘  要:因气候条件的限制,秦岭北麓很难获得竹子种子,因而难以通过播种育苗获得造林绿化所需要的大量苗木。2019年7月在秦岭北麓陕西省楼观台国有生态实验林场辖区的森林公园内发现了一株筠竹开花并结实,遂采集种子,开展了播种试验,以期探讨秦岭北麓竹种子育苗的可行性。结果显示,筠竹采种后在室温下贮藏,第2年播种的出苗率为25.4%;实生苗前3年的生长状况优于秦岭北麓优势竹种淡竹的生长。该研究表明,在秦岭北麓筠竹通过播种进行繁殖是可行的,并探索了一套实生苗繁育的管理经验,可在一定范围内推广,为绿化造林和生态建设提供大量苗木。Due to the limitations of climate conditions,it is difficult to collect bamboo seeds at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains,making it difficult to produce a large number of seedlings needed for afforestation and greening through sowing and seedling cultivation.In July 2019,a plant of Phyllostachys glauca f.yunzhu was found flowering and fruiting in the forest park under the jurisdiction of Louguantai State-owned Ecological Experimental Forest Station at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains.Seeds were collected and sowing experiments were conducted to explore the feasibility of seedling breeding at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains.The results show that the seedling emergence rate of Ph.glauca f.yunzhu after the seeds had been collected and stored in room temperature were sowed in the second year is 25.4%,and the seedlings in the first three years have better growth than the dominant bamboo species of Ph.glauca at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains.This study indicates that it is feasible to propagate Ph.glauca f.yunzhu through sowing at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains,and a set of management practices have been developed and could be promoted to a certain extent to provide a large number of seedlings for afforestation and ecological improvement.
