摘  要:1917年中华书局爆发“民六危机”,书局的发展陷入停滞,后经各方努力,成功渡过危机,并迎来新生。在此期间,中华书局创办过一份企业内刊——《中华书局月报》。若从阅读史的角度出发,并结合生活史、制度史等研究方法,对《中华书局月报》这份新史料进行考察,可以发现,这份刊物对于中华书局建构现代企业文化和顺利渡过危机发挥了重要作用。而员工的报刊阅读作为一种主体实践,更是近代出版企业文化的建构过程中一股不容忽视的真正力量。In 1917,Zhonghua Book Company was facing the“Crisis of the Sixth Year of the Republic of China”,which caused a stagnation in its development.Through concerted efforts,the company successfully overcame the crisis and embraced a revival.During this challenging period,Zhonghua Book Company launched an internal publication,Zhonghua Book Company Monthly.Examining this newly uncovered publication from the perspective of reading history,and incorporating research methods from life history and institutional history,this article reveals that this publication played an important role in constructing a modern corporate culture and helping the company live through the crisis successfully.The employees'practice of reading newspapers and magazines was a force that cannot be ignored in the construction of the culture of modern publishing enterprises.
